		<description>It was really useful to watch this video. I myself believe in mastery learning but the problem is that there are only few teachers who do and it seems they are still working through Gauss model. 
I am a language arts teacher. I think it is so important what you have showed in the videos but the problem is that it is difficult to be applied in our public schools classrooms especially that they are so poorly equipped. Add to that we still have school staff who keep their traditional views of teaching forever!
